QR Codes, Tab for exclusive content, Replying via voice notes – New Features coming to Instagram
The platform sharing photos and video Meta Instagram is trying to implement new features on the platform. According to cellular developers Alessandro Palzzi, Instagram is working on the ability to reply to Instagram stories with voice records. At present, users can reply to Instagram stories using emojis or text, but the paluzzi has shared a screenshot where the mic icon can be next to a text box that shows new features. Sound records are available in Instagram messages.
According to Palzzi, Instagram is trying to build new ways to share posts on the platform. In the joint screenshot on Twitter by Paluzzi, in the menu “Share to” Instagram application, the option to share through the QR code can be seen. The QR code has been around for years and offers an easy way to share public posts by scanning the code using a cellphone camera or QR code reader. This option, if implemented, can be useful for content makers and influencers on the platform to share links to their Instagram page, post, the story uses the QR code or other platform.
Paluzzi also states that the meta-owned platform now works on additional tabs that will collect all exclusive content for customers. Although not much is known about what type of content will be curated in this tab, but it seems that for users to follow the content maker and influencer on this tab platform will collect all the targeted content only for people who subscribe to this personality. It can also be a paid subscription model, where paid customers get exclusive content
